Vacante: especialista en facturación y cobranzas – oracle cloud erp (o2c) modalidad: presencial – bogotá (conecta calle 26) horario: lunes a viernes, 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. contrato: obra o labor 6 meses, luego contrato directo salario: basico $10.500.000 + salario emocional $3.175.000 total 13.175.000 descripción del cargo: buscamos un especialista en billing & collections – oracle cloud erp para liderar el proceso order to cash (o2c), abarcando facturación, cuentas por cobrar y cobranzas. será el responsable de asegurar que los flujos de facturación y cobro se ejecuten correctamente, cumpliendo con normativas locales y alineados a las mejores prácticas globales. responsabilidades: configurar y dar soporte a módulos receivables, billing, advanced collections, customer portal. coordinar con ventas, finanzas y atención al cliente para garantizar procesos de facturación y cobranza eficientes. definir reglas de facturación, términos de crédito y políticas de cobro. monitorear indicadores como dso y tasas de recuperación. gestionar incidencias y mejoras en el sistema con herramientas como jira y servicenow. colaborar con ti y finanzas en cierres contables y reportes fiscales. requisitos: profesional en ingeniería, contaduría, finanzas o administración. +3 años de experiencia en implementación/soporte de oracle cloud erp o erps similares. experiencia en facturación, cuentas por cobrar y cobranzas en empresas multinacionales. dominio de excel avanzado, ms office, servicenow, jira, visio. conocimientos de impuestos en colombia (iva, aiu, retenciones). inglés...
