Accounting and finance professional we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented accounting and finance professional to join our team. in this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, contacting customers regarding open invoices and billing disputes, and ensuring proper documentation in oracle pertaining to the calls and efforts made to collect and resolve issues. - key responsibilities: - manage a portfolio of accounts on a month-over-month basis to minimize delinquency rates and achieve target results set by management. - contact customers via phone and email regarding open invoices and billing disputes. - identify issues causing delay in payment and ensure timely resolution. - maintain accurate records and documentation in oracle pertaining to the calls and efforts made to collect and resolve issues. - work closely with district, area, division, and corporate teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. - escalate collection issues to supervisor and/or director when necessary. - gain a comprehensive understanding of various collections systems. - knowledge and adherence to company policies and procedures - department and company standards. - perform collections department projects as directed by management. - requirements: - degree in business or finance. - excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - detail-oriented and organized. - intermediate level ability with commonly used software; microsoft excel, outlook, word, and internet browsers. - strong typing skills. - probl...
