Job title benefits and leave experience advisor is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of employee leave data changes. key responsibilities - champion a customer-focused culture to leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. - enter/process employee leave status changes in hr systems throughout the leave process. - ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records through established internal control mechanisms. - respond to inquiries pertaining to specific employee leave events and answer escalated issues from different stakeholders. - run regular daily/weekly reports to assess performance against standard procedures and service level agreements (slas). - seek opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and propose recommendations to lead, managers, and senior manager, benefits & leaves experience. - understand how the bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. requirements - post-secondary degree or diploma in business or human resources or pursuing education in related field. - chrp designation is considered an asset. - experience in a call/contact centre or in a customer focused area is an asset. - knowledge of benefits functions would be an asset. - knowledge of hr transactions and pay cycle impacts. - deep understanding and knowledge of bank policies and procedures. - strong knowledge of organizational structure and complexity. - strong team player skills – experience with working with teams. - attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple prioritie...
