Construction design manager we are seeking an experienced construction design manager to lead and coordinate the design function for high-profile construction projects in the uae. this role involves managing all design deliverables, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution in collaboration with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. - manage and coordinate design activities between client, construction, and consultants. - oversee design documentation, submittals, approvals, and ensure alignment with contractual and program requirements. - monitor and report on design progress; lead weekly/monthly reporting. - evaluate technical compliance, review calculations and shop drawings (structural, rebar, bss, mep). - authorize material submittals, invoices, and design change documentation. - ccoordinate with authorities for noc and support submissions. - lead, motivate, and delegate within the design team; oversee document control and qa/qc. - support project delivery by aligning design with planning, procurement, and site operations. the ideal candidate will have: - a degree in civil engineering or related field. - minimum 10 years' experience in construction design management. - proficiency in design tools (staad, prokon, etabs, autocad). - strong ms office and adobe acrobat skills. - proven leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities....
