Requirements: **education: (english skills b1 - b2)** - dental assistant certification and training as a hygienist. - additional certifications or training in dental assistance and treatment coordination are a plus. **experience**: - a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in a dental clinical environment, - experience working as a treatment coordinator and clinical assistant. - strong experience in customer service and patient management, including experience handling difficult or upset patients **knowledge and skills**: - in-depth knowledge of treatment coordination and the quality control standards required for case preparation and treatment plans. - ability to discuss and explain dental treatments to patients with confidence and handle any concerns, including avoiding refunds, based on a detailed knowledge of procedures. - proficiency in using patterson eaglesoft software for clinic management and patient follow-up. - understanding of various dental specialties, including maxillofacial surgery, rehabilitation, prosthodontics, endodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implantology, as well as the procedures involved in each specialty. **sales and business management skills**: - experience in medical/dental sales is highly advantageous, with the ability to manage relationships effectively, handle negotiations, and close business deals. **communication and interpersonal skills**: - strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and the dental team. - ability to build trust with patients through empathetic and clear com...
