Job title: legal counsel join taylor-hopkinson, an international green energy developer company, as a legal counsel. responsibilities: - support legal matters in project development and transactions, including risk control for investments in renewable projects. - participate in designing project acquisition plans, drafting contracts, negotiating terms, evaluating risks, and supervising construction. - support business line development teams by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as epc agreements, land options, leases, connection agreements, and ppas. - accompany projects through financial close, reviewing loan agreements, security agreements, and common terms agreements. - research local laws, regulations, and policies, including company law, investment law, land law, construction law, civil and commercial law. - study relevant laws and regulations related to projects and their practical operations. - supervise external law firms to complete project legal service work. requirements: 1. strong legal experience in the renewable or power industry. 2. excellent legal research and writing skills. 3. ability to adapt to high-pressure work environments. key skills: - effective communication of legal risks and recommendations to senior managers. - problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. - proactive and creative legal analysis. about us: taylor-hopkinson is an international green energy developer company committed to sustainable growth and innovation. we offer a dynamic work environment and opportuniti...
