Descripción del puesto: la empresa multilatina "order colombia sas", con más de 20 años en el mercado, especializada en servicios de outsourcing de ti y consultoría, con presencia en chile, argentina, perú y colombia, busca un profesional para ocupar el cargo de análisis de procesos. funciones del cargo: - crear, redactar, documentar y actualizar procesos, procedimientos, políticas y normas de las diferentes áreas funcionales de la organización. - efectuar análisis continuo y diagnósticos de los diversos procesos de la organización o clientes externos, con el fin de proponer posibles mejoras a los mismos, velando por la mejora continua en los servicios ofrecidos a los clientes y la eficiencia operativa. - diseñar y dar seguimiento, en conjunto con los dueños de los procesos, a la implementación de las mejoras aprobadas para obtener retroalimentación y asegurar su funcionalidad. - elaborar, mantener actualizados y debidamente documentados los instructivos de los procesos realizados en la organización. - crear, actualizar y participar en la elaboración de los planes de contingencia para asegurar la operación continua de los servicios, en conjunto con las áreas de proyectos e infraestructura tecnológica. - participar en el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos en materia de métodos, procedimientos y técnicas, así como para levantar y documentar los instructivos de los procesos relacionados a nuevos sistemas, proyectos o servicios. - analizar, revisar, documentar y estandarizar procesos con el usuario clave del respectivo proceso. - realizar el levantamiento de la informació...
